Top Four Twitter Tools to Try Out
When you are trying to promote your business such as dental practice through the World Wide Web, you will definitely want to make use of Twitter. This social networking website’s microblogging platform allows dentists to communicate easily with their patients. Because of how convenient Twitter is, many businesses have integrated this platform into their own websites.
However, using Twitter alone can be very difficult and time consuming. This is where Twitter tools can come become very handy. Instead of having to spend hours on Twitter, you can still have a great online presence without having to put in so many hours.
Buffer
According to Twitter experts, the best way to improve your performance on Twitter is to make excellent posts on a regular basis. With the help of Buffer, you can fill up the tool with numerous tweets and the application will post these tweets for you during optimal times within the day. What’s also nifty about Buffer is if you’re reading an interesting article from a certain website, you can give it a click on the Buffer icon and tweet about it. On top of that, you’ll get detailed analytics including number of clicks, retweets and reach with every tweet you send via buffer.
Smartr
What this application does is to pull news from your Twitter feed and then rearranges these news and displays them in a manner that’s much easier to consume. Smartr also takes care of spam by filtering out useless content so that only top news are presented on your stream. Smartr is also read easily via your iPhone app, browser, or desktop app.
Formulists
You definitely must expand your network by having more friends on Twitter and then segregating them into groups. But this can be a very long and time-consuming process. This is where Formulists will help you. By setting up specific triggers, you can immediately put people into various lists without having to do the actual work yourself. This is done every time a new friend retweets, mentions or follows you.
Twylah
This is an application pulls all of your tweets and then weaves them into a beautiful brand page which comes not just with rich media display but also categories. Because of this, it becomes very easy for followers to understand exactly what you are tweeting about and find right at the get go if they’re a good match for you. In order for you to maximize your efforts, you can put your Twylah page in your bio or blog.

I think it’s great because there are a lot of bloggers out there that are only blogging to “MISLEAD” Americans on illegal immigration issues, and a lot of times, it creates hate and violence (wink wink). Many times that hate & violence spills over to legal immigrants.
